Product Description

AL Sepa Tie

 The main function of the Sepa Tie is to help connect the exterior Iron Form system to the internal aluminum formwork. The internal aluminum formwork system is connected to the Sepa Tie by pre-made holes in the surface of the Cast Iron Form.
Sepa Tie is made of high-strength steel materials. They are buried inside the concrete like threaded rods in the formwork system

Specification

Sepa Tie has 2 forms: round hole and rectangular hole

  Connection between Cast Iron Form and Aluminum Formwork by round hole Sepa Tie and Eno Units.
And the upper is the assembly simulation from left to right: Eno Units formwork, round hole Sepa-Tie...
The Eno Unit is bonded to the Sepa Tie by a thread. And the Eno Unit will be intersected on the Gang Form without being disassembled when assembling for the next layer.

  1. The upper picture is a rectangular Sepa Tie. One end is threaded to connect with the plastic taper, 1 end is flat with a rectangular hole.
2. D cone helps to adjust the tube wall thickness and position the formwork
3. Square bowl helps to bond, stabilize columns, pillars, position formwork before pouring concrete
4. The casting nut has the effect of tightening the square bowl with the effect of facilitating the insistence of the core, helping to create more firmness.
