Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: If the goods are in stock, the delivery period is generally 5 to 10 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery period is 15 to 20 days, which depends on the quantity required.  

Q: Do you offer samples? Are they free or extra?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples within 500 grams, but the express delivery fee will be borne by the customer.  

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: If the contract amount is less than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 100% advance payment is required. If the contract amount is greater than or equal to 3000 US dollars, 30% T/T in advance is required. Before shipment, we will take photos of the finished products and send them to the customer. The customer can make the final payment and the goods can be dispatched.
